Terms of Service

Nano Banana 2 Lite (nanobanana2lite.me) is a browser-based service for generating and editing images with the gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image model. By creating an account or using the free trial, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; do not share login credentials or create multiple accounts to bypass free-trial limits.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is currently in a waitlist stage. No card is required and no charge occurs today. Anonymous visitors receive a limited number of free trial generations per device before an account is required; free-trial and account credit pools may differ.

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested output — we do not use your uploads to train any model or share them beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for any image, likeness or content you upload or reference in a prompt. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Ownership and commercial-use rights for generated outputs follow the plan in effect when the image was generated, consistent with the Pricing page: outputs from the free tier are for personal, non-commercial use and include a visible watermark; outputs generated under a paid plan (once billing opens) are intended to include a commercial-use license and no watermark, as described on the Pricing page at that time.

We do not guarantee that any generated output is unique, free of resemblance to existing works, or suitable for a particular purpose. AI-generated images can occasionally resemble other content by coincidence; use your judgment before commercial publication.

You may not use the service to generate or upload: content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative manner; non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery; content designed to harass, defame or incite violence against real people or groups; convincing deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their consent; malware or content intended to deceive or defraud; or any content that is illegal where you live or where the service is used.

You may not attempt to circumvent free-trial limits, resell or share account access, scrape the service programmatically without permission, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and may report unlawful content to relevant authorities where required.

nanobanana2lite.me is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini or DeepMind. Image generation is performed by the gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image model, made available to us through Replicate's hosted infrastructure — we do not control that model's underlying training data or every aspect of its behavior, and we pass through the Native 1K resolution it natively produces.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated output will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim arose.

We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, or discontinue it, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves (for example, when billing opens). Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
