Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic account metadata (sign-in method, locale, account creation date). If you use email/password sign-in, your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.

We keep a record of your generation activity: the prompts you submit, the tool used (Text to Image, Image to Image or the AI Photo Editor), timestamps and credit usage. This lets us show your own history in My Creations and diagnose failed generations.

Anonymous visitors who have not signed in are tracked only by a lightweight, non-personal device identifier used to enforce the free-trial generation limit. This identifier is not linked to an email address unless you later create an account.

We use a small number of sub-processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, network security and our database/storage infrastructure) and Replicate (the platform that runs the gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image model and returns generated images). Both only receive the data needed to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

If you contact support, we keep the email thread (your address and message content) to respond to and resolve your request.

Images you upload for Image to Image or the AI Photo Editor are sent to our generation pipeline solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your uploads to train any model.

Generated outputs are stored so you can view and download them again from My Creations. By default, your generations are private and are not shown to other visitors or published anywhere by us.

A small set of example results appear on our public Gallery page — these are only ever creations whose owner explicitly agreed to public display. Nothing you generate is added to the public Gallery without your separate, affirmative opt-in.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any image you upload. See the Terms of Service for the full acceptable-use and content-ownership terms.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (an authentication session cookie) and to count free-trial generations per device (a device identifier cookie). Without these cookies, sign-in and trial limits cannot function.

We also set small preference cookies for your chosen theme (light/dark) and language (English/Chinese), which are not used for tracking.

We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic and product usage, including page views, traffic sources, device/browser information and approximate region. We do not send prompt contents, uploaded images, generated outputs or payment information to Google Analytics.

We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and this Privacy Policy before doing so.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is currently in a waitlist stage: no card is collected and no payment is processed today. When paid plans open, billing will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and this section will be updated to name that processor and describe exactly what billing data it receives before any charge is possible.

We retain account data and generation history for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@nanobanana2lite.me from the address on your account. We will confirm deletion once completed, minus anything we are legally required to retain (such as billing records once billing is live).

You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate account information, by using the same contact address.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
